Scope

This policy applies to prompts, reference images, editing instructions, generated images, accounts, and any other use of Seedream 5.0 Pro at seedream-5pro.com. It supplements the Terms of Service. The generation service is only for people aged 18 or older who have also reached the age of majority where they live. Being an adult, paying for access, owning an image, or obtaining a person's consent does not create an exception to these rules.

Prohibited content and uses

Sexual, nude, and undressing content

Do not request, upload for processing, generate, edit, or distribute through the service pornography, sexual activity, explicit sexual content, nude imagery, exposed intimate body parts, or sexualized fetish content. Do not remove or simulate removing clothing to expose intimate body parts, create "undress" or "nudify" edits, or turn a clothed person's image into a nude, intimate, or sexualized depiction. Ordinary outfit edits that keep the person fully clothed, such as replacing an outfit or removing an outer coat, are permitted subject to the other rules.

These restrictions apply to real and fictional people, synthetic characters, and image-to-image or text-to-image requests. Claims of consent, private use, adult age, art, education, or research do not override the prohibition. Nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic imagery, sexual humiliation, and sexual extortion are prohibited regardless of whether the underlying photograph is genuine.

Child safety

Never submit, request, create, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of children, grooming, or sexualized depictions of anyone under 18 or who appears to be under 18. This includes fictional, illustrated, AI-generated, and age-ambiguous depictions, and attempts to use an asserted adult age to sexualize a childlike subject. Do not use the service to locate victims or facilitate abuse.

Abuse, deception, and dangerous activity

Do not use the service to:

Impersonate a person or organization to deceive, defraud, or falsely claim an endorsement; create deceptive identity documents, evidence, or transaction records; or run scams, phishing, or other fraud.
Harass, stalk, threaten, blackmail, dox, or intimidate anyone, or produce targeted humiliation or abusive imagery.
Promote hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, or violence against people based on protected characteristics, or recruit for or promote violent extremist or terrorist activity.
Facilitate violent crime, credible threats, trafficking, exploitation, or other unlawful harmful activity; create graphic depictions of torture or extreme violence for abuse or glorification.
Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, confidentiality, or other rights. Uploading a publicly available image does not establish permission to process or exploit it.
Distribute malware, compromise accounts, access other users' private files, disrupt the service, or abuse payment systems and free-credit offers.

Do not bypass safeguards

Do not evade safety checks using encoded or disguised prompts, prompt splitting, cropped or altered reference images, adversarial instructions, repeated variants of a blocked request, or another account. Do not defeat a cooldown or account restriction, probe the service to obtain prohibited content, or encourage others to do so. If a legitimate request is incorrectly blocked, appeal rather than work around the restriction.

How enforcement works

We use automated checks of prompts and reference images before a generation starts, and automated review of generated outputs. Input checks that cannot complete stop the request before generation and credit consumption; a check outage by itself is not treated as a content violation. These checks have limitations. An image being delivered is not proof that it complies with this policy or is safe to publish.

Possible responses include refusing a request, withholding an output, temporary generation cooldowns, and restricting or suspending an account. Serious or repeated violations may result in loss of access. Authorized personnel may review relevant content and records to investigate reports, assess violations, or handle appeals. We may preserve information or respond to lawful requests where required; the Privacy Policy explains data handling.

Automated checks can miss prohibited content or flag permitted content. We do not promise perfect detection, continuous human review, or a specific review time. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and not using or sharing prohibited material. If a charged generation fails or a blocked output is not delivered, site-credit handling follows the Refund and Cancellation Policy; this is not an automatic cash refund.

Report a concern or appeal a decision

Email support@seedream-5pro.com with:

The relevant page URL, task ID, or order ID, if available.
A brief explanation of the concern or why a restriction appears incorrect.
Your account email if the issue relates to your account, and a way to contact you.
For a rights complaint, identification of the affected work or right and your relationship to the rights holder.

Do not attach, recreate, download, or resend illegal imagery, especially material involving child sexual abuse. A URL or task ID and a text description are enough to identify the issue for review; do not include passwords or full payment-card details. We may request proportionate additional information to verify a report or account ownership. Report imminent danger directly to appropriate local emergency services as well; this support inbox is not an emergency service.

Reports and appeals are reviewed in context, and restrictions may be maintained, changed, or lifted. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights or prevents a lawful complaint to a competent authority.
